Independent Advisory

Important decisions don't fit neatly into advisory categories.

A growth ambition can become an acquisition decision.
An ownership question can become a capital or partnership decision.
An investment thesis has to translate into what to invest in and how best to structure and execute it.
Sometimes the right answer is not to transact at all.

Axial works across these boundaries, bringing together strategic judgement, transaction experience and investor perspective to identify the real decision, evaluate the alternatives and move from decision to action.

WHAT WE DO

Strategic Advisory

Supporting companies, owners and boards on strategic development, ownership and capital allocation, with an independent perspective on the options and their implications.

M&A and Capital

Advising on acquisitions, disposals, capital raising and other transactions, with a focus on strategy, value and execution, and on whether a transaction is the right course of action.

Private Capital

Working with investors on investment theses, origination, evaluation and portfolio priorities, including how best to structure and execute investments and platforms in target sectors.

OUR APPROACH

Insight. Conviction. Action.

Insight

Seeing the strategic, capital and transaction dimensions of a situation together.

Conviction

Forming an independent view of what should be done, rather than beginning with a predetermined outcome.

Action

Knowing what it takes to turn a decision into an executable transaction, investment or programme.
